Quick release coupling - through bore type
Bore type quick release couplings have no check valves. These are ideal for maximum flow application. Their smooth, open bore offers the lowest pressure drop of any quick disconnected couplings and allows them to be through cleaned. Since there is no valves, fluid flow should be shut off before the coupling is disconnected. |

| Camlock Couplings |
| A Camlock coupling is in fact, a means of quick engaging of disengaging a hose connection from a system requiring transfer of fluid or gas. It consists of a COUPLER with cam arms and a slip in ADAPTOR. In order to connect the Arm of the coupler need to be lifted and the adaptor slipped into the coupler. The handle are then pressed down with normal hand pressure for a leak proof connection. |

| CAMLOCK COUPLING |
DESIGN PRINCIPLE :
The principle behind the design of Camlock Coupling is simple pivot pins for coupler cam arms which lock into the adaptor groove are located so that when line pressure attempts to force the camlock coupler and adaptor apart, the bottom edge of the adaptor groove pushes with equal pressure against the under edge of the cam arm, increasing the locking action. When properly coupled, line pressure will not separate a camlock connection with recommended pressure limits. |

Stauff offer a full line of hydraulic couplings including ISO A, ISO B and ISO 16028. Hydraulic steel couplings are available to 10,000 PSI and in a variety of sizes to meet all of your hydraulic quick coupling requirements.
Poppet Type - Ball Locking – SQRCVB
The quick couplings of the ISO A Series have been designed in accordance with the ISO 7241-A rule. The ½” version also meets the requirements of the ISO 5675 rule.
Used for agricultural and industrial sectors. For protection during disconnection, plastic caps and plugs are available from ¼” to 1”. Other materials available upon request(stainless steel and brass).
Poppet Type – Thread Locking - STQRCVB
Thread locking couplings allow connection and disconnection of two hydraulic circuits at low pressure (or “residual” pressure) and are designed for use in industrial applications.
Thread locking couplings give considerable resistance to vibration caused by hammering, “ram strokes” or frequent and indelicate inversion of the direction of fluid flow. |
